We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth and fair process for both our clients and our business, please take note of the following cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation Notice:
Our time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If you're unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:

• 24 hours or more in advance: No fee
• Less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the cost of services booked
• No-shows: 100% of the cost of services booked

Cancellation fees will be deducted from any deposit made or applied to the amount paid in advance.

Refund Processing:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Special Circumstances:
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
